Our field of expertise covers the following disciplines:
- Mechanical and electrical plant for turnkey pumping systems.
- Water purification systems for domestic water, sewage and industrial effluent. This includes the design, manufacture and installation of filter floor systems including false floor slabs and pipe lateral systems.
- Chemical dosing systems for chemical processes associated with potable water purification plants.
- Sourcing and supply of products and commodities related to the above disciplines.
- Refurbishments and retro-fitting of filter floors and other associated equipment.
QUALITY
Metsi Projects is a design, procurement and management company and as such does not manufacture any equipment, nor do we employ specialist Quality Assurance Engineers, as each Project Manager is responsible for the quality assurance procedures that are carried out.
In line with our Quality Policy, orders are placed with reputable companies who generally comply with the requirements of ISO 9001. Additionally, we provide our suppliers with Quality Control Plans, where we specify the Client’s and our own requirements.
Drawings
It is of vital importance that accurate drawings are produced which will ensure successful projects. To ensure high standards, our mechanical layout and manufacturing drawings are produced in-house on AutoCAD® drawing software.
This enables us to overlay mechanical equipment drawings onto drawings received by us in electronic format and we easily produce concept or “as-built drawings” for submission to Clients or Engineers.
